Accountable means that when we object and it proves successful we get the accolade but if it fails then we get to give an acceptable apology. Understanding though, that not only can you object on your grounds but I can object to your objection on my grounds. This ensures that the objection process is sustainable, adjustable and ultimately acceptable to all.
